i'm a mom of 2, I did not bounce back the way that i hoped. I lost all the baby weight, however what was left was loose skin. i had gone to a previous surgeon that assured be all i needed was laser lipo to tighten up the skin, he made it worse (you truly get what you paid for) never in my wildest dreams did i picture myself trusting another surgeon. I have seen Dr. Mirrafati for the last 15 years. First my breast augmentation was great. No pain and the recuperation was great too. I just had my mammogram done recently. The radiologist asked me where did I get my breast implants done, that out of all the patients with implants she has never seen breast implant so natural and wanted ton know the place where I got them done. In all her years doing mammograms mine were the most beautiful breast she has seen. I am very happy with the implants Dr. Mirrafati did for me, not only there is no scars but they look natural and makes me look more beautiful. Dr Mirrafati makes me look and feel with more confident. I cannot begin to describe how impressed I have been with Dr. Mirrafati's entire practice here in Costa Mesa, CA. I have contemplated for over 20 years whether I should get my breasts done or not. Only once did I inquire with another practice about 15 years ago, and I did not feel confident at all after leaving the consultation. Ever since then, I never thought I would develop the courage to do it, until I started seeing Dr. Mirrafati's ads in the local mailers, then I visited his website just to browse around.... and finally I think it was meant to be... about a year later from first seeing his ad, I picked up the phone to inquire about a consult, and from the first conversation, Erica I believe answered the phone, she and the entire staff have been more than welcoming and inviting for me to come into their office. They greet you with smiles no matter how busy they are. Monica, who has been my main consultant, was very knowledgeable from the get-go, straight forward, and I appreciate so much the professionalism and kindness she, Pete, and all the staff have been to me every single time. Whether over the phone, or at my pre-op, and now at my post-op appointments, they are consistently present, and make me feel more than comfortable with my questions, my results, and just overall my entire experience with them. Dr. Mirrafati is truly a prodigy, in my opinion. His techniques are way advanced, and I think that is why I instantly decided to trust him as my surgeon. I would not want anyone else to have done my breasts, even learning about other surgeons when I was searching the Internet about my choices. I made the decision instantly after talking and meeting with both Monica and Dr. Mirrafati. They were the best, and confirmed this was meant to be for me. I cannot believe how minimally invasive my surgery really was.... it was a dream come true not to have scars on my breast, since he did it thru my armpits with a small slit only. I healed and they took very good care of me, giving me simple, very detailed instructions every step of the way.
Their ad is consistent for years, because their practice is consistent in being the best they can be, it really seems like they put patients first. I cannot say enough about my experience, but I just hope they continue to be around and are blessed for their wonderful treatment and professionalism!! All while being down to earth with face to face talks. I am so happy, and so is my husband!

The wait to be seen is ridiculous, 3-4 hours in the waiting room the first two visits. This is the price you pay for amazing prices and amazing work. I came to Mira Aesthetic for their full abdomen and breast augmentation specials and couldn't be happier with the results. This was my 4th breast augmentation consultation. I have done my research but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. Dr Mirrafati suggested 400-425cc after listening to my goals and examining my body. I wanted to go a bit smaller but I'm glad I listened to him. Scars and pain were very minimal. I stopped taking Norco the 2nd day and went back to work the 4th day. Will do it over again if I had to.
