“Horrible”
I was, unfortunately a patient at this practice for only a couple months, but in that short time, every appointment I had, (being between four and six months pregnant, after moving here from VA) I was rushed in and rushed out. If I had a question, it was brushed off, and the doctor was on his way as if he had better things to do. Then to top it all off, the people in the office have no couth whatsoever. You can tell they are obviously miserable, due to their horrible attitudes. I received a phone call from the office manager, and trying to talk to this emotionally unstable person, while I'm pregnant, was a horrible experience. She literally yelled at me because there had been a mishap with my insurance company. This mishap was not their fault, but it wasn't mine either, and she called me yelling, about something that I had no control over. After I resolved this issue and tried to move on to another doctor, they then said that this issue was coming up again, and that they could not release my medical records. Pretty much, they don't want to do their jobs, they want you to do all the leg work yourself. So that's what I did. Why is it, I had no problem submitting these claims to an insurance company, but a "doctor's office" did? Their behavior was completely unethical, and this is not just according to me, the American Medical Association states that it is unethical for a doctor to withhold medical records.
This doctor and his office are running a baby mill, you are an inconvenience if you are in their office longer than five minutes, and they don't care about you or your baby, just the money they can get from you. Absolutely disgusting.
