Dr. Ginnan spent an extraordinary amount of time with me, first listening to my health issues, then explaining what the stem cells could (and couldn't) do. I needed the stem cell treatment by IV, but I'm a very tough stick. Dr. Ginnan and the staff went above and beyond to give me the best chance of getting the IV in (heaters, water & hot chocolate, snacks), and they gave me as much of their time was needed to make it happen. I luckily responded well to the stem cells within a few days.
