“Great physician...horrible front desk staff”
Justin is an amazing doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He spends so much time actually getting to know his patients, and asks every visit how 'life' is going. His main nurse is amazing as well.
His front office staff leaves much to be desired. Rude, uncompassionate and hateful. Talking to some of them is like talking to a brick wall. Sometimes you feel like more of an inconvenience to them than a PAYING CUSTOMER.
