“He Is Negatively Different From When I First Met With Him”
I have met with Dr. Ayra Farahmand about four times. The first and 2nd time he was pleasant, seemed intent with my concerns and was efficient to order pertinent tests. I felt I was on a good journey with him.
Years later, I returned with an increase of the same concerns, but this time, he seemed indifferent, more "black and white, " "uncaring," but still efficient. My two daughters came with me and he never acknowledged any of us, just made his statements and was cold, very cold and very uninterested to engage with us. He seems either too cerebral or too self-important. It was difficult to know through such silence. He also seemed to lack respect as he called me and as I and my daughters approached him, he turned and walked into his office expecting us to follow. If he was courteous, the dr. would have extended his arm and guided us to walk in before himself. He also seated himself before we all entered the room and was not interested in meeting my 2nd daughter who was absent in the previous visit.
He is so indifferent and so cold, I no longer will seek his services. He also neglected to let me know about my EEG results. I can only assume they were insignificant. I asked for a report and only received blood test results with no letter, no explanation.
He has changed negatively. He'll know who I am, but I still remain without my name. He has no good manners and his efficiency and expertise is no longer valued.
