“Office and communication problems”
As a new patient I scheduled a physical. There was some sort of labelling problem with the blood they drew and I had to return for a redraw. That redraw gave me a painful bruise. I found out later that I did not receive a complete physical. That is a problem because not only do I still need a physical, my insurance will not cover this 'visit' without a deductible.
I've spoken with the administrator but both she and the nurse practitioner claim that there's nothing to be done to correct this mistake and that I'll have to pay for it.
I haven't heard any reason why I should pay for a different service than the one I requested.
