“Disregard of a patient and willingness to review tests results in person”
Dr. Clapp saw me on 4-3-18 due to severe back, hip and leg pain. He ordered an MRI on 4-6-18. I had a 2:15 pm appointment on 4-17-18 for him to go over the results of my MRI. I was in severe pain, so I called his office on 4-8, 4-9-18 to see if I could get a pain shot. His assistant got on the phone, told me no pinched nerve or anything surgically wrong. Would get a hold of pain management. I went to my appointment on 17th. Dr. Clapp refused to review my MRI results with me.
