Explains all in initial consult but is misleading. He and CDA communicates with patient in a condescending manner. Feels more like a sales approach. Although his work is mostly acceptable, and most office staff is kind, financial representative (Shannon) is snappy with attitude; quick with the tongue and makes false assumptions. She speaks false truths regarding fees and services. She does not allow you to finish what you are trying to explain without jumping in rudely. It is very difficult to get an appointment to see him when in discomfort. In an emergency, they make you wait.
