Thank you for taking such great care of my husband and I. We are only on the first day in our journey to better health and changing the way we think about nutrition and eating. Dr. Rader was wonderful and such a dynamic presenter, I don’t think we’ll forget most of the presentation he gave to our group! I was seen by him both before and after the presentation and can tell he has such a heart for helping others and was an amazingly kind and informative man. We both were touched by the gentle nature and kindness of all the staff we came in contact with as well. My husband also appreciated the care he received from Dr. Freshwater and all her knowledge. We received a phone call less than 24 hours later informing us of our labs and what we needed to do based on those results, it was nice to not have to wait a long time. Thank you for all your help!

I was very impressed with the thoroughness & care of the clinic. Medically, the tests & concern for my current health actually exceeded my regular physician's care. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly & informative and the promptness of the care was amazing. It is refreshing to find a clinic that cares about obesity in a geniune manner rather than just providing medications to help with weight loss. Awesome place!

Dr. Rader and his staff have always been very professional, warm and friendly. They know their business and get right down to it. Their program is the most effective way to change your life. They are teaching me to eat right, get healthy, lose weight, and stay that way. This is not a quick fix, but rather a lifestyle change and it works!!! I just wish they had a clinic in Rhode Island or could help people online because my daughter desparately needs their help. She has tried going to several doctors, but they don't really give her the tools she needs to succeed. She needs to see some initial progress in order to stick with it and she is not able to exercise right now due to a broken ankle. The doctors have made her feel uncomfortable or down right ashamed to ask for medication to assist in her weight loss. Instead she is told she needs will power, diet and exercise, but that's just plan nonsense. Although medication can't cure a cold, it sure helps!!!

“Experienced”

It was a very emotional experience for me because I found answers to the questions that I have been asking my gyno and primary health doctor for years and never getting a direct answer or any help from any of them. I have an extremely strong will power to say no to unhealthy choices and it was very frustrating that the people that I'm suppose to confide in and put my trust into were not even listen to me. They tried pushing me to see a nutritionist but I knew it wasn't what I was eating and what I was doing as to exercise that was causing me not to lose weight. I'm an extremely healthy eater. I don't eat junk food on a regular day to day basis or drink sugary drinks I keep my carb in take to a minimum. I do sometimes indulge in some chocolate (what woman doesn't crave chocolate?) but cravings for that are around my monthly cycle and it is always in moderation not in mass quantities. I work out 3-5 days a week or more if I am able to. I felt like I was literally killing myself and not going anywhere. It is very hard to feel alone when it comes to weight issues and you guys have given me back the strength and support I needed to keep pushing myself to my goals. Thank you so so much for answering my questions and giving me the help I've needed for years!!
