“Best Doc in Colorado”
Having been Dr. Yager's patient for over five years, and being a nurse myself, I have high standards for physicians. While Dr. Yager is a PA-C (Physician's Assistant), he also holds a Ph.D., which makes him a formal Doctor. His knowledge of medicine is both broad and deep. Aside from accurate diagnoses and treatment, he adds the latest in technology to asses issues, such as the DNA test for accuracy of medications. Sometimes, due to his popularity in pain management, it is hard to get a timely appointment, but the office staff always works with a patient in need to be sure they are seen in a timely manner. Aside from being absolutely professional Dr. Yager is a fun, bright guy with a great personality (as is Rick, his Medical Assistant). I have no reservations whatsoever as to recommending Dr. Yager for persons needing treatment for chronic pain issues.
