“Dr. Hassan is fine as a provider but his scheduler/ biller is terrible.”
Dr. Hassan is fine as a provider but dealing with his office is just not worth it. Highly unorganized scheduler/ office manager, mistake prone, and unwilling to provide even a basic level of service or follow up to rectify her mistake.
