“Remarkable”
Dr. Poplock, once you get past her businesslike manner, is a warm person and a great listener. Her honest feedback is always on target (almost too much so but I asked for it!) and she's brilliant. The understanding of her clients and how they are affected the experience of mental illness is truly remarkable.
