“One of the best”
My regular doctor was on vacation, so when I called in for drug refill I got the on call doctor, Dr. Jane Lee, on the phone. When I asked to call in for a refill, Dr. Lee declined. (I was a little upset at the first) But then, Dr. Lee explained that she did not have my charts and had never seen me before and did not have any information about any side effect and interaction with other medicine that I was taking. It would not be responsible to patients just to write up prescriptions without certainty of benefits and consequences. Dr. Lee suggested me to see my doctor the next day, since it was not an emergency case. I went to see Dr. Lee the next day as my regular doctor was still out of the office. Dr. Lee did a thorough examination and talked to me about my problem and possible cause for 15 minutes (a rarity in nowadays). She prescribed a different medication, which proved to be more effective and less expensive.
