“Platinum Decision Process”
My potassium was too high after a blood draw result. I had left their care center. By cell phone calls of notifications to me and calls to my wife and oldest son for me to go to the nearest hospital to get treated for a life threatening condition. With follw-up calls to make sure I understood how serious having potassium too high is.
