“Unprofessional Doctor - I don't recommend.”
Dr Vance put a cast on my son's arm 6 weeks ago. Since then our health insurance changed over and we've had to go through some red tape to get the primary care physician corrected. In the meantime Dr Vance is refusing to see our son to take his cast off, even though we have offered to pay for the visit in cash. It's unprofessional to neglect his patient's follow up care over something so bureaucratic. Result: my 5-year old son can't go swimming for the next two weeks in the middle of summer.
