“Doctor puts inaccurate information for a diagnosis for a diabetic ”
Overall doctor Khan is a very good doctor until he puts inaccurate information in your records. For example I am a type 1 diabetic and the doctors found out this when I was 26 and now I am 53. I have been taking insulin all that time. When they found out I was a diabetic it was to late, my beta that produces insulin was destroyed. So I had no choice but to take insulin. I was diagnosed at University Hospital and Dr Khan works out of that hospital. I have been going to that Hospital and Clinic since I was diagnosed type 1 diabetic and so all my records are there.
The first time I spoke with doctor Khan he said he would make the correction but this time his Office is saying that he type 2 diabetes as a diagnosis.
Of all the doctors I have been treated, he is the only doctor putting inaccurate information in my. I told his staff that I was going to make a complaint and I told them to leave a message with Dr Khan. I called them on the May 25. They said that they called me that week to tell me that it is just used by Dr Khan as a diagnosis.
that
