Because of the special needs I require I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Norman who has specifically designed one of her treatment rooms to accommodate electric wheelchairs which gives me the ability to have dental work done in my chair and not have to be transferred into a standard dental chair.

I went to Dr Normans office for TMJ issues after my dentist attempted to fix it with a bite guard. So, after 4 years of increasing symptoms I called her office after hearing about neuromuscular dentistry and the positive effects it has on TMJ. Dr Norman did an extensive evaluation and fitted me with a custom splint as part of my treatment plan. Within weeks my symptoms began to disappear and after 6 months I was ready for my last phase which were braces. I am now happy to say I am symptom free and now my kids are patients of doctor Norman, so they get the "Right" treatment early in life and they will not have to deal with any issues I had to and the pain it caused as well as daily disruption of life which I no longer experience!

4 years ago my jaw locked shut, and I began experiencing horrible pain almost everyday for about 3 years. I was barely able to eat, and it was painful to talk. I had tried going to other dentists, orthodontists, massage therapists, physical therapy, doctors, and medications but nothing seemed to be helping. I was in such bad pain everyday. A friend of mine told me about the work that Amy Norman and her team were doing. I figured anything was worth a try. I scheduled a free consultation, and was blown away by the time they took to listen to situation, and explain exactly what was going on to me. I began the process and attained a personalized splint that was made to hold my jaw and surrounding muscles in an ideal position. I haven't smiled and laughed wholeheartedly, with total "throw my head back" abandonment in 15 years. “nearly complete overhaul of teeth and jaw!”

I first came to Dr. Norman for what had become nearly unbearable TMJ pain. We worked on my jaw for 3 years to get me to a pain free point, then I went off to get braces done by a family friend. Things were going great for a while, but after 2 years, he started making mistakes, and I asked Dr. Norman for a consult.. Dr. Norman had finished her ortho training by then, so she took over and put on all new braces, and finished my teeth. Then we took out all my mercury fillings and replaced them with nice white ones. THEN we put in retainers, made new oral appliances, whitened my teeth and VOILA! New smle. It took a long time, included cleanings every couple months through chemo for me but I am so happy with my teeth, I'm barely afraid of the dentist anymore, and I refer eveyone I can to Dr. Norman's office. EVERYone here is amazing, but Judy is my favorite, Plus, free chapstick, comfy blankets and they let me listen to sports radio while they work on my teeth.

5 years ago I had taken my 12 year old daughter to 3 different orthodontists. All 3 told me to bring her back when she's 16 and we will treat her. I made an appt with Dr.Norman and she said lets get her started in ortho at 12 years old. It was so very important because all her teeth were coming in crooked. We started with an appliance and continued into invisalign. She has had an amazing experience with Dr. Norman and her staff. After 5 years, all of us couldn't be happier. By 16 she was finished with ortho. She has the most beautiful straight teeth and a gorgeous smile. I can't thank Dr. Norman and her staff for all the time they spent with her. At 17 she's in dental assisting school and I credit this office for shaping her future. I highly recommend Dr. Norman and her staff. My daughter is so thankful she started at 12 and not waited until she was 16...

“Not joking, it has changed my life”

I had avoided braces for many years because every doctor told me that they wanted to extract my snaggle-tooth. I did't want that, at all. I didn't want my smile to be asymmetrical. I like symmetry, it's just how I am.

When I heard about Dr. Norman and her capabilities with Invisalign from a friend, I decided to at least have a consultation, but It'd be a lie if I didn't say that I was skeptical that my teeth could be straightened by Invisalign. Dr. Norman began the consult by telling me that she was confident that she could do it. I believed her.

I am happy to report that the entire process has been better than I could have ever imagined. It's easy, as long as you take care of your teeth and aligners as directed, which is also easy. I'm nearly done with my treatment and I can't stop smiling! I went from a crooked half smile, to cover my snaggle-tooth, and now my smile is huge and cheesy, all because I love my smile and I love showing it off.
