“Not worth my time”
The staff is impossible to reach. Despite numerous voicemails left, no one called me back. I had a blood test and no one ever called to tell me my results. I called and called and called. Finally, when I spoke to someone, I was able to schedule a follow up appointment to discuss the results. After waiting over 30 minutes to be seated in a room, Dr. Robert Picciano barely spent 10 minutes with me. I could tell he was in a rush (clearly running behind), kept interrupting me, and ran out of the room before I finished asking my questions. I didn't feel I got the attention I deserve and paid for.
