I had a very good experience with this therapist. When I first began seeing Stephanie, I had severe PTSD from years of early childhood trauma. Stephanie used something called EMDR with me and after about four sessions, I began noticing less flashbacks and nightmares. After a few more sessions, they were gone! I can now say that I no longer have panic attacks or experience the flashbacks that had been plaguing me for years. I couldn't be happier.

I finally found a therapist that I actually feel hope with. She understands me which makes me feel great. She is an asset to her profession. I feel very lucky and thankful.
