“Front Office Issues”
Scheduled 3 different appointments and then when I came in was told I didn't have an appointment. Last time I asked that they fit me in as I was experiencing a lot of pain because of a procedure Dr. Taylor performed and they I need a referral. I told them I didn't but they refused to see me. The insurance company said I didn't need one. They were very rude and insinuated that I had called the received any response back from them at all. I always thought Dr. Taylor was a nice man. Now I'm not so sure. Another specialist told me my foot had been messed up by him.
