“Compassionate Nurse practitioner”
I have seen Mrs. Ruble 3 times now and she is a warm, compassionate nurse practitioner. She is the first person at this practice that I have actually seen consecutively. I've been going here for over a year and a half and I've rarely seen the same doctor or NP in a row: I never knew who would great me behind the door or remember my medical needs and that has always been stressful for me. It's so nice to finally be a real patient instead of just a number. Now I know why it takes so long to be seen and I am okay with it because I know Mrs. Ruble is taking the time to get to know her patients and really listen to them. She has empathy and understands what her patients are dealing with. She treated me with grace and it moved me to tears and I am very grateful that I happened to switch the day I normally make my appointments. If you have been referred to this practice or already go there, she is a kind, compassionate, firm (in a motherly way) NP that won't beat around the bush, wants to help you in the best way possible and I really feel like she does care.
