“Dr. Driver was great with my daughter for the year he saw her from 1-2 years old.”

Dr. Driver is patient with kids and parents alike. He took time to make my daughter feel comfortable when examining her ears. He also took the time to clearly explain everything to my husband and I while answering all of our questions. Dr. Driver also ensured we were able to get same day appointments when needed to be able to diagnose her ear infections most efficiently.

It started with Jennifer the medical assistant, she was respectful, friendly and informative. Then came in Dr. Massengill, he was amazing. I was completely comfortable. He answered all my questions and concerns which in turn alleviated my stress . I did not feel rushed and felt actually cared about !! This is what I call patient complete care !!!! Over all good experience. But no real explanation for ringing in my ear...other then there is ringing in my ear. Lol.
Need to Deal with it, listen to music to muffle the ringing. Something about vitamin B and an over the counter medication which I will not take, because I take enough oral meds. If I take meds it's because it will solve the issue not it might work.

A little over a year ago I was having an ear ache...I went to see Dr. Munzer...after the examination he asked if I would go and have an MRI...I did...within 24 hours, Dr. Munzer contacted me and told me I had a Brain Tumor...He called Mt. Sinai Hosp in NYC and he arranged for me to see the Head Neurologist...2 weeks later I was operated on...thank goodness it was benign.....THANK YOU DR. MUNZER

Dr. Munzer was fantastic! I read online reviews about him and the New Windsor Location before booking the appt. He listened and addressed all of my ailments and concerns. Offered sound practical advice and theories. We came up with a treatment plan and tentative follow-up care as necessary. He’s not afraid to push the envelope with the insurance company. We discussed an MRI right away.

“Great experience every time”

I had a problem with my gums and went to many many doctors that had no idea of my condition. I finally found Dr. Munzer, he is so kind and patient. He took the time to listen when other doctors wouldn’t. In our first appointment he diagnosed and treated my condition, a condition I have been looking for help for for over a year now. “Dr.Munzer solved my troubling ear problem”

For several months I had been having problems with fluid in my ear and hearing loss. My primary prescribed antibiotics, then weeks later steroids, then weeks later more steroids. Nothing helped and I could not hear through the ear. Dr. Munzer was recommended by a friend who was a nurse. By now, I was convinced it was a serious permanent problem. He reassured me that this was NOT a serious problem. He put me on antibiotics for an unresolved sinus infection and the follow up hearing test showed I had perfect hearing. I highly recommend Doctor Munzer!

“Great practice, great people”

There were a lot of people there to see the ENT and Allergy team today. But despite the large turn-out, the waiting room was well organized and made sure everyone would be safe. People were even given the option to wait in their cars. The staff is clearly managing a lot of patients, but they remain so friendly and professional. I'm so grateful for the people at New Windsor.

Dr. Munzer is terrific. Very straight-forward. He keeps the diagnosis direct and simple without ever pandering. I feel lucky to be a patient here.

“Excellent specialist and completely diagnosed my problem”

I've been fighting sinus issues for the past 15-18 years. I met with a ENT specialist about 12 years ago, and had sinus surgery, but still had some of the problems that I was experiencing prior to the surgery. After years of suffering and frustration, I decided to visit with ENT and Allergy Associates in New Windsor. Met with both Dr.Munzer and Dr Panda. They sat down with me and fully explained everything that was going on. Dr. Munzer suggested a CT scan and allergy test. I met with Dr. Panda for my allergy testing and results and he explained everything to me. The results found that I had no allergies, and he took me off my 2 allergy medications and prescribed a nasal spray. Within 2 days, my problems were 100% improved, and I haven't felt this good in several years. I then met with Dr. Munzer to discuss my CT scan and he said that I had a deviated septum. I told him that since Dr. Panda took me off my 2 allergy medications and prescribed me a nasal spray, I felt 100% better

“Dr. Munzer did a thorough exam and I was completely satisfied”

My office visit with Dr Munzer was awesome. He did a complete and thorough exam of my ear, nose and throat and found that I did not have a sinus infection. After performing a thorough exam of my sinuses, he found that I did not have a sinus infection. He asked me what my symptoms were and after explaining to him what they were, he suggested that I take a rapid COVID test. I agreed. He said that he would call me within 10 or so minutes with the results. When I received his phone call, he confirmed that I did test positive for COVID. He explained to me the precautions that I should take with other family members in the household. After we hung up, he called me back within 2 minutes and suggested that I take 81mg of aspirin and vitamin D3 for the next 2 weeks. I was impressed that he called me back and suggested this. Dr. Munzer is on top of his game. I wold recommend him to anyone without question.

My daughter had what we thought was a chronic sinus infection, and within 2 weeks Dr. Munzer had her problem narrowed down to a rare auto immune disease that needed immediate attention. Most people with this disease suffer for years before getting a diagnosis. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for our daughter and our family. I’ve never had a doctor take such a personal interest in his patients and even take time to personally call us multiple times between appointments to make sure everything is ok. Honestly, when I think of what he did for us, it brings me to tears. Do not hesitate to choose him as your doctor. He is amazing!

Dr Munzer pays attention to the details and is diligent in pursuing them to their conclusion. He is relaxed and attentive no matter how busy the schedule of his day is. The staff is professional and attentive, taking the time to be sure appointments, prescription etc, are handled in a timely, accurate matter.

“So glad to be a patient of a doctor that enjoys and cares about his profession, thank you”

Almost 9 years ago I was hospitalized for a serious throat infection. Not knowing much about an ENT Specialist it was fortunate for me that the on-call physician was Dr. Munzer ! I was lucky and grateful then and continue to be thankful for his care!

“Favorite choice for local ENT”

I live in Poughkeepsie, but traveled to New Windsor to see this Doctor. He is really fantastic. His bedside manner is very good, and he explains what he is doing. The medical assistant is very kind and knowledgeable. The office is extremely clean and they are doing a fantastic job maintaining COVID 19 safe protocol. I was late for my appointment and the doctor still saw me, and took time with me. He is very thorough. I definitely recommend this office. The New Windsor office.

“Always the best!”

I have to say, from the very beginning, which was 4 1/2 years ago with Dr.Park and his staff, it’s been a wonderful experience ! I was so afraid to get allergy shots because of the injections. It’s a breeze and it has made a world of difference! I can go outside and I do not suffer anymore from allergies.
Dr. Park is a very good doctor and he spends time , listens and does not make it a rush scene. The nurses are awesome! Thank you!

“Dr. Park saved my life”

I was suffering to the point of tears hourly with hives. Unexplainable hives. Dr. Park suggested a treatment plan that literally, a week(probably less) cleared my hives. The constant inching was gone. No more losing sleep because I was itchy. No more embarrassing hives just because i touched something. His recommendations allowed me to enjoy spring. No watery eyes, no running nose, no more sinus headaches and I even began having full nights sleep because of the medication he prescribed. I have cat allergies so being a cat mom was miserable but because of Dr. Park, I was able to enjoy mothers day with both cats back in the bed with me. My ENTIRE quality of life improved, quickly and fully, because of Dr. Park. I owe my spring days to him. But let me not forget the nurses and front desk, very friendly, attentive, and caring. literally ENT has made me a person that now enjoys getting out of bed and going outside. I am so grateful to all of you. THANK YOU. TRULY, THANK. YOU.
