Dr. used scope to confirm diagnosis.
Surgery was successful, and was able to remove catheter within a few days.
Post-surgery bleeding quickly reduced, but had multiple bleeding reoccurrences when attempting vigorous walking for exercise. However, this was finally controlled when I began to wear an athletic supporter/jock strap rather than normal underwear.
Urine flow is strong now, with little to no leakage after finishing.
I am very glad I did this, but would counsel others to use an athletic supporter when exercising post-surgery.

My Urolift procedure for the prostate was a success! I had reached a point of complete frustration with urinary problems and with Dr. Trofimenko I was ABLE TO TRIM 40 YEARS OFF my nighttime trips to the bathroom and urinary frequency that was driving me crazy. Dr. Trofimenko has been fantastic, I'm so happy I found her! I first came in for ED issues pre and post liver transplant. This was resolved rather quickly. Post transplant the issue of lethargy due to medications and rehab issues created an unsatisfactory level of erection and motivation. We discussed testosterone, she educated me on the process I did some research and we agreed this may be a solution. OMG it was I feel so much more energy (no more naps) sex drive and stamina are fantastic! My wife cant believe I just was in the hospital 6 months ago having a transplant, me either. I did gain some weight but good weight, my arms aren't toothpicks any more.My legs have energy again.

I was having incontinence issues where I would stand up from working at my desk and immediately had the urgent need to urinate, I could notn get to the restroom quickly enough. I was using at least 3 pads per day, and my life was centered around the location of the closest restroom.
Dr. Trofimenko patiently explained all of my options. I started out on a medication which helped quite a bit, but ultimately decided to proceed with the Interstim implant. That ended up being the perfect decision for me. I rarely use a pad any longer, and am able to resume all normal activity without the constant worry.
Having the implant gave me my life back!

I was very sacred to have found something like that in my body, but the way Dr.Trofimenko and the staff of Prestige medical group handled my case was very good. Only a few visits later, I have a diagnosis and treatment plan underway which has already improved my symptoms dramatically. I had a very painful, stubborn kidney stone. She was the only urologist in OC that could see me right away (everyone told me it would be at least a MONTH). Dr. T said she likes to make room in her schedule to see people in my situation, which when it comes to kidney stone patients, is a miracle to find a urologist who does that. And when you come to her office for a visit, she sees you right away--no waiting an hour or more in the waiting room. Her and her amazing staff also got me in right away for the removal surgery, and she made sure the stent was placed properly (I've had stents before that were just as bad as the stone--that was not the case with the way Dr. T placed her stent). She listens and cares about your concerns, and she addresses everything and follows up with you. She explains everything clearly and with full detail, so you can understand what is going on and feel confident in her decision on what is best for your care.

I originally came here thinking I had bladder incontinence, but after her assessment the outcome was that I had a ~20 cm ovarian tumor. I thought my bladder was just full and I felt bloated, but after explaining what I was experiencing she sent me for tests. They found a football sized tumor. If I hadn't come here, I don't know where I'd be. I am forever grateful for her and her care. I highly recommend her to anyone who has any bladder or urinary issues.

Dr. V T is excellent in diagnosis. I was having trouble inside my scrotum for past 1.18 years. Being a male i would recommend everyone to visit Dr. V T for complete cure of your problems.
Having said that, we all know no one is perfect , hence my request for the clinic would be to look for faster ways to provide test/lab results through mail or email.
