Dr. Noor is always gracious, caring and understanding, even though my husband is 86 and sometimes needs people to have alot of patience with him. She doesn't mind repeating her instructions several times, calls my husband up to see how he is doing, etc. What more can anyone ask? “Happy I went to see Dr Noor”

My skin was very sensitive and I was breaking out in rashes every few weeks. I wanted to get tested for allergies. I met Dr. Noor and she agreed I should get tested & explained the process .Dr. Noor told me she thought it was probably a chemical. We did the testing and she was right. I’m happy to know what I should be avoiding going forward. I would recommend her to my friends.

“THE ABSOLUTE BEST ENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO”

I have been to many ENT's in the past. But I have never been so impressed with any doctor as I have been with Dr. Perlman. I have had a swallowing issue for years. He listened, he asked questions and even went online while I was there to examine an older LIJ X-ray of my cervical spine to help better understand my issue. Dr. Perlman is focusing in on the root cause of my issue and has scheduled me for a procedure in order to take it to the next level. No other ENT has ever been this thorough in trying to get to the root cause of my problem. He is the only ENT that anesthetizes your nostrils before inserting the camera. I barley felt it. In my 60+ years I have never had an ENT offer me that option. I very highly recommend Dr. Perlman and truly believe that there is no other ENT that even comes close.

“We are forever grateful for Dr.Perlman!!!”

For starters, our daughter has a terrible fear of doctors. However Dr.Perlman was one doctor our little 7 year old has taken a liking to! From our first visit he was very much on her level and compassionate to her fears and anxiety. When he suggested Tonsil surgery, he was confident that once her tonsils were removed, her track of illnesses would soon subside. And they did!
Dr.Perlman explained the entire procedure to us, was there to answer any and all questions, and he made Alessandra feel comfortable enough to be brave and have her very first surgery. She definitely needed her tonsils and adenoids removed because of how infected they were, and thank goodness Dr.Perlman helped us on this decision to just do it. She no longer suffers with pain like she did every morning and she is a totally different kid! Our little girl adores Dr.Perlman and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Thank you!

Dr. Donatelli listened, took his time and reassured me that he could make my symptoms of chronic sinusitis go away. The previous doctor I had seen told me that most people just live with it. What impressed me most was that the first time I saw him he had already studied my previous cat scan and was thinking about my case before he met me. We called me before my surgery to reassure me and after to see how I was doing. Excellent care!

Highly recommend this practice for children AND adults. Perlman has been practicing for decades and is as sharp as ever. I saw an allergist within a few minutes of seeing him. He followed up the same day! Outstanding doctor and practice.

“Overall very pleased.”

Dr. Perlman was so good with my 3 year old! He was patient. He listened and addressed all my concerns. My 3 year year did some damage after his first cauterization in the morning , and Dr. Perlman had us come in and fit us in on before the holiday weekend to try it again. It’s a bit of a drive for us but so worth it!

“Barbara and Barry Nisman scheduled appointments for ear exams”

We live in Plainview, so traveling to Dr. Perlman round trip w/ traffic is an effort, but he has been a fine doctor for us. We did speak to him, and then he involved his office manager, that we were told when we came in that we had not filled out the online information. We in fact DID, and went up until the point where the instructions were to continue ONLY if we were scheduling a televisit. We weren't so we stopped at that point. We had to go back to the car and fill out the Covid information, do the sign offs.

Really appreciate the online scheduling system and ability to upload all info online beforehand and save time during the office visit. Dr. Perlman was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and prescribing medication. When the pharmacy was out of stock, he called my house to let me know that he had put in a second prescription for a substitute. Really appreciate the level of care and attention!

“Great success with my sinus surgery.”

Dr. Perlman was great from the beginning of the process through to the end. He made sure I understood the risks involved and what the recovery wouldn't entail. I am breathing much better. The only negative is the online appointment process. He is an ENT, but if you say you have a sore throat, they won't make an appointment. They then tell you to lie on the form, and say that you do not have a sore throat, in order to complete it. They also weren't sure what several of the questions on the form meant, but said to just complete the form anyway.
