“THR”
I’m a 59 yo “well nourished” male w/ advanced OA in the R Hip; initially sought steroid injection(s) but aborted. Doc Gray asked me if I knew what a “draft horse” was e.g., they will “push-through” pain/discomfort to fail - yea, I got; I made the THR Appt. My pre/post surgery SOE: 1100 in the OR (45 min procedure) 1430 released to home. Ditched walker day 3; ditched cane day 7; released after 5 week follow-up exam. Dr Richard Gray made that possible - best in his discipline w/ 4.0 staff!!!
