What a great practice, and great staff. As an adult patient, I went into this worrying about how the experience would be. Dr. Patel and his staff put me completely at ease and made it as pleasurable of an experience as it can be. They were always willing to answer questions, and Dr. Patel even answers the office phone at times. I am extremely thankful that I found this practice and chose to move forward with them.

I was impressed with the support staff at the front, their professionalism, cheerful and quickness to answer all my questions.Their pricing was reasonable & comparable to other practices, & they were able to explain every part of costs. The equipment Dr Patel had in getting a diagnosis and treatment plan ready for my son, was amazing- we were so glad to know exactly where we were headed before we began. But we most of all loved Dr Patel's gentle demeanor & clear explanations of everything !

Overall, I think the whole experience was definitely easy and not overwhelming. Everything ran smoothly and nothing was too complicated. I never had to wait long during any appointment and they were all short and timely. I definitely appreciate the quality of this experience.

I have had a few orthodontic consultations in the last 2 months. This one was different. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and the energy was upbeat. I had a free x-ray, and photos to assist with the diagnosis. I had my mouth explained to me in detail, what I need, want, and two different options! I had my treatment started the same day! Now, when I come for my appointments, I get right in...No Wait! This is the best orthodontic practice in Sandy Springs! My dentist thinks so too!

“Amazing!!”

I had braces before twice, one the regular metal brackets and the other invisalign. Both weren't the best experiences due to the dentist that I had, but I am so HAPPY that I was referred to Dr. Patel. Every visit has been so pleasant and easy, dentist offices have always scared me but they made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was nice, and explained everything to me each time I came. I am so so SO happy with my teeth now, and it was completely worth the 14 months in my braces!

“Very Satisfied With the Results”

I had a very interesting experience with Quest Orthodontics. I moved out-of-state in the midst of treatment. However, I opted to stick with my treatment plan with Quest and Dr. Patel. It was quite a journey at times, traveling back and forth over the past few months, but I am very satisfied with my teeth. The staff at Quest have been very accommodating and understanding, especially with scheduling. I can tell Dr. Patel takes great pride in his work.

I cannot say enough great things about the Quest Orthodontics Team! We have loved Dr. Patel since the moment we met him. Not only has Dr Patel fixed my son's smile but my daughter's as well. He is knowledgeable and attentive to individual needs of each person. Dr. Patel is not only amazing at what he does but he pays attention such close attention to details he will bring things to my attention that I have not seen or paid attention to. He's very thorough with each adjustment explains what he is trying to achieve for the next appointment and has done such a great job ill be coming out of treatment way before I'm suppose to. You could NOT get better by coming here to Quest Orthdontics and choosing Dr.Patel as your personal own Orthodontist.

From day one, the staff at Quest made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Patel is a very good listener and did not remove my braces until the results met both of our expectations. Once I was done with the process, he even went over and beyond my expectations by slightly reshaping a few of my teeth, per my request.
