We have also tried this for lower back pain that was keeping me from doing simple tasks such as loading dishwasher and clothes dryer. Again with tremendous results. I'm so pleased. I can't stop smiling because i have had this pain so long that I just had accepted it as part of my life to be endured. tried back doctors and was disappointed with the results, very short lived. my husband had been prescribed muscle relaxers and they were not really helpful.
