“Great Doc, Terrible billing staff”
Dr. Roberts is a Fantastic dentist, however his billing person should not be working with the public. I want any potential patients to be aware that they too may be treated this way by an employee of Doctor Roberts. He is such a good Doctor. It is a shame he has someone of such poor customer service quality working for him. I have NEVER in my life been treated with such hate and discrimination as I was by his billing women. I am still in shock that she can get away with treating his patients this way. Again Dr. Roberts is so good at what he does. However, you do have to deal with his staff and it is NOT worth going to him because of them. It is too bad. I hope he is just not aware he has someone like that working for him. It really is a shame.
