Dr. Flugrad and his staff were wonderful to me throughout a frightening experience. I was seen without much notice when others had refused me. Dr. Flugrads diagnosis was straightforward and honest. I did not feel taken advantage of financially as with most other oral surgeons who may present themselves as being more than encouraging. Lisa and Dr. Flugrad were patient with my anxiety, and she even held my hand throughout the extraction. I highly recommend anyone who is fearful of a dentist to come here to be comforted and respected.
