From the staff at the front desk to the girls in the back my experience was amazing! Dr. Villanustre is really good at what he does and explained everything to me step by step. I will be back to get my botox and filler from him for sure! I am a forever patient!

I came to Dr Villanustre requesting a specific procedure, which he kindly and patiently educated me on why that would not get me the outcome that I was seeking. He helped me over the course of several conversations to understand my options and then he and his staff completed the procedure and follow up with great care and compassion! My result is fantastic. “Soooooo happy! Big difference!”

My eyes look more awake and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments already. People say they can see the color of my eyes even more now and they pop! My eyes don’t look swollen and tired like before. I’m a month out after surgery and still have numbness and scarring but am told that will subside w time… office staff and nurses r the best! Top notch! Would DEFINETELY recommend getting this surgery here if you’re considering it.

“I would do it again!”

I could really feel the care and concern for my overall well-being. I didn't feel like just another patient. Any surgery, no matter how small, is stressful, but I was informed every step of the way. “My eyes are now wide opened!”

From my first appointment to my final follow up visit everyone at Reflections was friendly and very professional. My eyelids had gotten so droopy that I was no longer able to see the ceiling, the sky, the traffic lights! All I saw when I looked up was a bunch of skin. I didn’t realize how much until now! 1 month after surgery and I can just look up and see everything without having to tip my head back and strain my neck. Beautiful job, no visible scars, and you can actually see my hazel eyes! Thank you to all the staff at Reflections, and especially to Dr. Villanustre!!!

I thought I knew what I wanted until I met with Dr.V and his team. He helped me understand the importance of realistic expectations given my anatomy and far exceeded them with my beautiful results. “I felt confident in my decision from beginning to to end thanks to Dr. Villanustre.”

No surprises. Recovery was exactly as prescribed. I did listen and refrained from strenuous activity as well as babied my eyes. No make up or sweat in or near. Every step was explained during pre op, just before and after surgery . Great follow up. My eye sight is better. Especially peripheral vision. Highly recommend and thankful.

Dr V and his staff are absolutely amazing! The work he did to my eyelids took 10 years off of my eyes and face! The entire process and staff made me feel VERY comfortable and well informed during the entire process. Their custom service is WORLD CLASS!!!
