“Slow but steady”

Jennifer worked with me until we found what worked with my system. My weight loss has been slow but I have been on the plan for almost a year and have not gained anything back. I would love for my weight loss to be quicker but I didn't gain it overnight. I'm just excited that I have found a group that takes their time to work with me so that I stay on the downward journey.
