Dr is great, something is going on with scheduling. The recall visit was scheduled for Sept 8, at 1 PM and someone called my mother and told her to come at an earlier time. We missed that time by about 15 minutes, and the doctor had already left for the day. I wish they would have called us to just reschedule.

Instead, when we got to the office, they reschedule her for the next Friday. At 7:15 AM on Friday Sept 15, my mother was called and told they had cancellations and she needed to come earlier. For sure we got there 15 or so minutes early and ended up waiting an hour and half.

My mother is nearly 92, it task to get her to appointments. I don't appreciate calls telling us to hurry and come earlier. if that is what needs to be done, likely my mother's appointments in those instances should just be rescheduled. It is a 20 minute drive for me to pick up my mother and another 20 minutes to your Irving facility. I really can't make same day changes to her appointments work.
