“I wish Dr. Jones was a Family Practioner!!!”
He is so wonderful! Almost anytime I've called after hours, he is who calls me back. He's been known to have you go to his house to stitch up a wound or set a cast. Wait time is usually minimal, although the phone hold time can sometimes be a wait. I have never had a problem getting in for anything other than physicals. Make sure to schedule those as needed ahead of time. Oh yeah, Dr. Jones is one of the few pediatricians who still goes to the hospital when you deliver your baby to do the first exam!!! Overall, I give Dr. Jones a 10 out of 10. My children been patients for almost 7 years.
