“Terrible”
My wife and I waited over an hour after our appointment time to get back into the office. Dr Poteete reviewed everything I have been through. He decided that I needed a softer adjustment I agreed. Then he did a hard adjustment. I also told him Muscle Stim did not work on me. But he put me on it anyways. Which caused it to be worse pain. Then for my wife, he adjusted her knee after he told her to be very careful with it. After 2-3 months of physical therapy and it getting better, it is now back to where she was before. The day of the adjustment she was in pain and has been icing it for the past 3-4 weeks. I called cancelled our follow up appointment. Explained why. The front desk lady said she would have Him call me back. He did not he sent a letter. Stating that “chiropractic is a physical type treatment. In joints beyond their normal paraphysiological range of motion to restore normal functional mobility” I get that…… BUT he never tried to call and fix this! That is no doctor.
