Office is always friendly. Annual visits are always in and out. Office is very clean. I never feel rushed and Dr. dale is always thorough and personable. Lab Corp is right next door so I can knock that out on my way out. My husband and I have been with him for 4 years.

Everyone that works in the office and the nurses and the PA and the doctor always help me to understand and show concern even on a personal level. I've never had a problem getting an appointment when I need to. I've never had a problem getting the help that I need when I need it. I'm very thankful for Dr. Dale's office.

To me, Dr. Dale isn’t someone who is going to butter you up, and make you feel wonderful. He is going to be truthful, and to the point. I don’t feel he is making diagnosis to earn commissions, or to benefit from my illness. He encourages you to do the things to get yourself healthy outside of medical care to fix your issues (if applicable). To me, he is what I want from my doctor.

Because of my opioid addiction in the past, and my current treatment plan I have faced a lot of judgement, even by other physicians. However, at Dr Dale and Dr Brooke’s practice I never ONCE felt like I was being judged. Nurse Amy, dr brookes nurse, congratulates on my sobriety me EVERY time she sees me. They encourage my current treatment plan and work with it rather than in spite of it. Never felt like my concerns were not heard. You’re supposed to have a trusting, honest relationship with your doctor and I am genuinely happy to say this doctors office meets all of my needs with a smile on their faces. I was genuinely concerned/anxious because I will having to be switching insurance providers to one they do not accept. However, nurse Amy did give me a recommendation, but once Dr Brooke came in she assured me that the cost of a visit without insurance coverage is still in my price range. I am thrilled to be able to stay with them. I got my fiancé to get established with them as well.
