“Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable”

Great experience overall - starting from the fact that the doctor had an emergency surgery in the morning and called me few hours ahead to let me know he'll be 15 min later than expected and asked to come to the office a bit later so that I didn't have to wait.
Doctor Patel was very knowledgeable, explained my condition and treatment options very well, and dedicated a lot of time and attention to me.

“I had a really great experience seeing Dr. Patel, he is extremely clear and thorough.”

I saw Dr. Patel for two foot problems I had and throughout the entire experience he remained patient and thorough in what was wrong and what needed to be done. He also took the time to check up on how everything was going. He provided help on what I should do and explained potential problems that could occur. He was always open and honest about everything. The office runs very efficiently and seems to be kept clean which is a very nice first impression. Dr. Roy was amazing! I had something in my foot that I tried getting out on my own - obviously didn't work. He checked me out and felt it was necessary to have a minor procedure which terrified me. He was thorough in explaining everything he was going to do and also respectful of the things I did not want to hear about (I'm squeamish). He is very kind and caring and the day of surgery everything went smoothly. My follow up care was the same. I will be back for any future foot issues. Thanks!

as soon as i got into their office, the receptionist was very nice and welcoming
it is a very clean and peaceful place to get your treatment at

“most helpful and kind doctor”

this is truly the best office and doctor ever! i was so comfortable with sharing my biggest insecurities with this doctor and his assistant. they both were so patient, kind, helpful, and extremely educated. it is evident that they are experts in this field. although i live in long island i am willing to make this trip every month because i am comfortable with them and i can trust them. i highly recommend this office!

“Very Patient and Thorough Review”

Dr. Roy is an exceptional doctor and I would recommend him to anyone. He listened extremely well and was very generous with his time. I expected the appointment to be a 15-20 minutes but instead he did a thorough explanation of my issue walked me through all of the options for my foot problems (bunion.) He allowed me to weigh my options without pushing surgery on me like some physicians. His front staff is also very kind and patient. A+ service would 100% recommend.

“Calmed my nerves”

Dr. Roy was wonderful to work with. I've never fractured a bone, so I was feeling really anxious and expecting the worst. He helped to calm my nerves immediately with his calm personality and thorough explanations. He made my visit much more relaxed and I feel confident I will feel better soon.

I have been to a handful of Podiatrists in NYC and Dr. Roy is hands down the best Dr. From the beginning was very detailed on what was causing my pain, how to treat without surgery and the options for surgery.
