“Great Experience”

The efficiency, professionalism and the great aesthetic appearance of the office stuck me in a great way with our initial consultation. As our treatment progresses, we are continually satisfied and met with the same standard. I will continue to use this office's services for my other children. If I had one request/suggestion, I feel like follow-up appointments to end on the long side of the range. I would love to stay on the short side of the follow up range in the hopes of progressing our treatment along. I do understand that the office is limited in time slots, especially those preferred by most patients.

We have been coming to Dr. Sadowski for my daughter the last 3 plus years. I would recommend this office to everyone. His staff and himself make you very comfortable while you are here. They have no problems answering any questions you have. Even the most simplest of one. They strive to make the experience easy and give the kids a reason to want to go. Between the contests and free things offered makes this experience a lot more easy going for them.

Where do you find an atmosphere surrounded by all the Ocean's creatures, great music, a friendly staff and coffee for the parent's while you wait, well look no further than Sadowski Orthodontics!!! And it doesn't stop there; for those restless siblings they can enjoy passing the time in the game room or munching on some popcorn. Committed to making the busy parents life easier, friendly text messages and email reminders are sent prior to all visits. “Amazing financial services and top of line care for my children”

Single mom struggling at the time I found out both children needed braces. I was referred to bring my children here and the staff opened there doors and welcomed both me and my girls. They then diagnosed them and I was so scared I could not afford the care they needed but then sat down with them explained my situation and they worked with what I could afford. A huge thanks to Dr. Sadowdoski now my children got the care and will not have to go through painful procedures as they get older.

“Best orthodontic experience ever!”

I decided to have orthodontic treatment when I was in my fifties. I had a large gap in my front teeth and a serious overbite. Dr. Sadowski and his most excellent staff made the experience of braces, adjustments, and retainers painless. On each of my visits, the staff was very friendly and attuned to my comfort during treatment. Dr. Sadowski gave me the smile I have always wanted and I can truly say that this was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I cannot recommend strongly enough this wonderful orthodontist and his staff.

“A Great Experience All Around”

We had consultations with three orthodontists for our twin daughters. My husband was not able to make the initial consult with Dr. Sadowski. Dr. Sadowski called my husband himself and went over everything again. We are thrilled with the progress that has been made with our girls' teeth. They love going to the office and the staff is wonderful with them making sure they are comfortable and taking the time to explain everything they are doing at each visit.

Wonderful administration and staff, always felt at home whenever I arrived. Never was required to wait long for service, and services in general were always smooth. The office people working were always flexible yet on schedule. Interior decorations are very tasteful, comforts such as a tooth-brushing station, snacks and beverages are offered. Spacious waiting room, so no clutter of people during busy days. Great service, area, and staff. Awesome experience. Would recommend to anyone.

“Dr. Sadowski won't take a job unless he knows the end result will be what you and he expect.”

Dr. Sadowski was able to make room for my sons teeth that were growing in a very small mouth with out having to pull out any teeth (which was great). Dr. Sadowski came out so that he could personally answer a question I had about zoom whitening, unfortunately was told by the doctor himself not to have the whitening done because of a problem that I have with one of my teeth. He said that it would not be the result that I was looking for nor would he be happy with the result, love honesty!

I have two daughters in braces. Dr. Sadowski's staff is pleasant and courteous. While appointments are booked 4-6 weeks in advance, they are always able to squeeze in emergency appointments as needed, or offer advice for on how to remedy issues between appointments. The office provides convenient financing, even when payments overlapped for both children. There is always something fun happening at the office, and plenty to keep my third child occupied while the others are in their appointments. I rarely have to wait to get in, and sometimes they can even get us in a little earlier than expected. Treatment is proceeding as expected for both girls, and I am expecting to continue to use Dr. Sadowski when my third child is ready for braces.

Always a great experience coming for your appointments. You don't have to sit and wait for your appointment very long and if you do have a small wait, they make it fun for the kids with a game room to occupy them while they wait and they have snacks and drinks to enjoy while you wait. “My 10 year old daughter just got her braces”

My daughter was very nervous about the whole thing, especially the first visit to have the braces put on. The nurse was very good with her, explaining everything step by step and answering all of her questions in a way that a 10 year old could understand. The atmosphere in the back room is comforting to a young child, and helped to put my daughter at ease. My son had gone through treatment here a few years ago, and I didn't hesitate in choosing Sadowski's for my daughter.

Overall, I feel that Dr Sadowski is a very confident doctor who knows his craft very well. I trust him. That being said, there have been times when I have felt like he was not listening to me and clearly understanding what it was I was saying or asking. Feeling like there was a rush. There was a misunderstanding about the retainer (I did not get the explanation from the doctor). When I asked a question to an employee, it was perhaps misunderstood, but I was given a wrong answer. This lasted for several months until the truth was found out, and I had spent money on a couple retainers.

Through having two daughters being treated simultaneously the team at Sadowski Orthodontics has been phenomenal! Selecting Sadowski orthodontics was one of the best choices we could have made for our family.
