I met with Dr Sigman for both of my daughters. One with a shoulder labral issue and the other with a knee issue. He was able to diagnose in a timely manner. He listened to their symptoms and gave us clear treatment options. My daughter who had a labral repair had minimal pain after surgery and did not use any opioids, which was also a concern for a mom. She was fully cleared for volleyball in 3 months. My daughter who had her plica removed from her knee cap was fully cleared for return to sports in 6 weeks...again with no opioids. We can't be happier with the attentive staff at OSA.

OrthoLazer may just be the modern fountain of youth! I was battling reoccurring swelling/pain in one knee. It would show up every 4-6wks like clockwork and take a solid 2 weeks to go away. 2 weeks of constant aspirin, ice, rest. It was a vicious cycle that seemed to have no end in sight. I heard about OrthoLazer from a friend who had some great success with knee pain. I made the appointment the next day. The process could not have been any simpler! Staff was amazing as they walk you through a brief 6-8min consult, take you into a room where you’re zapped with a laser (10min’ish) that you can’t even tell is on, and in 20min you are back on your way. I couldn’t squat down due to the swelling in my knee and after the 2nd treatment (48hrs- I went back to back days) I had full range of motion. I completed 6 total treatments and was back pitching after the 4th treatment. This was back in Aug and here I am in Feb, playing sports and feeling great.....without pain meds!

I was also able to lift my arm within the first week and was at full rotation in a few months. I am back at my full activity level with swimming and lifting weights.

I wish I hadn't put it off. The shoulder recovery minimally impacted my life. I was doing small exercises immediately after surgery and into PT with a phenomenal therapists by 8 weeks post op. My follow up appointments were quick and were always on time or a little early. All staff were great.

As a survivor of a near fatal motorcycle he has needed surgery over the years, since 1987 and he is definately the dr. To go to. We live in Nevada now and hopefully he will not need an orthopedic dr. I was terrified of getting my knee acl replaced again - the first time it took 2 months to walk without a brace. But I had the surgery on March 12th and was walking without a brace or crutches on March 20th. Furthermore, very minimal pain, and no need for opiods.

Doctor sigmond did a reattachment of complete tear rotator cuff on June 18, its now july 18th and i can reach over my head! others who've had the procedure are stunned. I'm so glad i got this done!

I believe that Dr S's skills allowed him to repair my knee without doing any unnecassary peripheral damage which not only fixed the problem but made for a faster recovery.

I had excrutiating pain with certain movements of my right arm. I was shocked after the surgery that I had no pain at all. My shoulder was stiff and I had a dull ache, but the pain was gone. After suffering a massive rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder I met with Dr. Sigman who evaluated the issue and recommended arthroscopic surgery coupled with a bovine implant for repair. I had surgery on September, 5, 2019. Post surgery pain was managed with regular ice treatments, naproxen and gabapentin. Dr. Sigman prescribed a small supply of (10) oxyCodone 5mg, taken for breakthrough pain (only used once on day 3 post surgery). By day 4 all pain was managed by ice and naproxen. Progressing into the physical therapy for early range of motion on week two post surgery not only moved the healing process forward, but allowed for a needed mental boost post surgery. I have followed through with physical therapy provided by Advanced Orthopedic and Sport Therapy with Heather Jones and experienced excellent results. I was approved to return to work by month 4.5 post surgery.

The day of surgery, without any prodding from me, Dr. Sigman acknowledged the stem cell therapy and informed me that he would be very careful and gentle because of it. I sincerely appreciated his words and was quite surprised that he remembered what I had said. My post-op recovery has been amazing.

Recovery so far has been very, very rapid. After one week I feel great. I had this type of surgery in the past, but using the biopatch makes shoulder surgery much easier to recover.
