Just had the surgery yesterday, so I haven't seen the results yet, but I've gone from nervous about the procedure to really excited to see the final results. The staff answered all my questions from the first visit. They never pushed me to make a decision, and once I was ready they were there to help out. Everyone was delightful the day of the surgery and they made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly though, during the 8 hours we were together, it was clear that the entire staff working on my procedure was 100% focused on nothing but my results. I knew I wanted some hair transplanted. FUE is a common marketing term that I had fallen for, but Dave and Dr. Friedman informed me of why that path was not wise for my hair type. It could have still been done - and made them more money, but they were more interested in getting my desired results and FUE would have been drastically less efficient. I came to the SI in 2020 get options on what I can do with my hair loss. Two years later I had my surgery. Throughout the whole process I was treated very well by the entire staff. Dr. Friedman and Dave especially I felt went out of their way to teach me and give me the facts of my situation, nothing sugar coated. I knew on my first visit that I wanted SI to do my surgery and I haven't regretted it since.
