He was able to determine problem and also discovered I was allergic to an ingredient in all the eye drops I was using. Dr Rafailov performed upper and lower eyelid surgery on both eyes. He explained it all and did what he said he would do. Right upper was initially was not quite as good as other eyelids, so he followed up with an in-office revision which looks outstanding and I am very pleased with the overall vision improvement.

The doctor also was able to make quick decisions about changing the course of action for treatment that had been prescribed by one of his colleagues. He even made room for me to see him again the same day and perform the needed eye procedure.
