Surgeon who has a welcoming manner that is very comforting for a nervous patient it has been almost 2 weeks since my surgery and all is going well with one exception. One of the eyedrops recommended by the doctor is Bram site which is not on my insurance company formulary and therefore cost $120 for a tiny bottle. Question is there some substitute that might be more accessible at a lower cost

Staff and Dr. Hatsis are top notch, but the wait time is excessive. At the new location, there is a large wait room with socially distance seating.
When you are called in to complete some preliminary tests, you are placed in a small waiting room with other patients waiting to actually see your doctor. I was in that small, not socially distanced room for 15 minutes or more. It all had a “factory” feel.

Dr Rafailov performed upper and lower eyelid surgery on both eyes. He explained it all and did what he said he would do. Right upper was initially was not quite as good as other eyelids, so he followed up with an in-office revision which looks outstanding and I am very pleased with the overall vision improvement.
