Today, was the first time I have seen Dr. Battle concerning myself. Dr. Battle thoroughly explain the procedures and steps that need to be taken to reach my ultimate goal which is straighter teeth. I am now awaiting an around about figure pertaining to the services I need to go forward.

Overall the staff is very pleasant.
I don't recall being formally introduced to anyone and there were longer than expect wait/down times.
I do plan to return for my follow up visits at this time and hope the wait and down times are able to be decreased by the staff in the future.

I have a deep seeded fear of dentists, coming from a traumatic experience as a child. Dr. Battle has helped allot on fixing that fear. My operation was as near to painless as I think you can get at the dentist. Except for the initial shot, nothing was felt, so that's a A+ in my book. She has been very friendly and attentive when I have been here and will be back to see for any future appointments.

They were very nice upon my arrival and the long wait i had to endure to my insurance company. Well they were trying to get the information from my insurance company they did let me know what was going on. Once i got back they were completely amazing. They talked to me well I was in the chair and listen to my crazy story of my dentist experiences. Definitely would give them an amazing rating for being great honestly, look forward to coming back.
