I had a very brief wait before being taken back for my cleaning. The cleaning was very smooth as usual. I have full confidence in Dr. Reiter. She did the only extraction I have ever had (not today’s visit though), and it was so painless that I never even filled the script for pain meds. Everyone here that I have had contact with gets five stars. Great job everyone.

“Root canal”

Recently started going to Dr. Reiter after not having seen a dentist in many many years. She was very patient and explained everything about the treatment plan and condition of my teeth. Never had a root canal in my life. She explained everything and even managed to squeeze me in last minute. Made sure that I felt no pain during the procedure and provided excellent after care and got me the best treatment and use of my insurance.
Would definitely recommend her and this practice

Southpark Dental Group is the only place I'll go as long as I'm in this area! My family has been going here for close to 20 years. We've had our cleanings, wisdom teeth extractions for the kids, fillings, root canals, and caps done all in this same office. I LOVE that they can do all the work in the office, I've actually watched them 'make' my tooth before they put it in. Like I said, SAME DAY!! No one likes going to the dentist, sorry it just isn’t fun. But, this was my best visit in years. The office is professional and very nice, the exam rooms face a garden with a waterfall. Forget the TV, give me this garden to look at. My dentist was great. Sat and listened first. Then explained everything to whatever level of detail I asked for. No rush, just first class treatment. “Always worth the drive”

We first found this office back in 2001 when we lived on the west side of town. After a few years in CA, we moved back to FL, but on the east side of town. Could not find a dentist we liked over here, so returned to the people we knew, even though it is an hour’s drive from our current home. This office and it’s staff are so worth the drive. I know there is nothing that happens in my mouth that this group can’t handle. Starting with Karen the hygienist. I go every three months instead of every six. Had my quarterly cleaning today which included Xrays and fluoride treatment done by Karen. I go four times a year. At my age I opt for quarterly cleanings. Karen is the best. Dr. John Cervenka came in when she was done and gave me much deserved Thumbs up. He he an excellent oral surgeon. I’ve been going to Southpark Dental for decades. Love that place.

“A wonderful experience”

I know that having a pleasant experience at the dentist is unlikely but it can happen. I have been going to Southpark Dental for several years and Dr. Gomez is not only dedicated to the health and well being of her patients but also very thoughtful and caring. She and the staff are wonderful and considerate. Many of the staff have worked there for many years and their camaraderie shows in the the way they work together.

This practice is much more like a family than a just a business. I have recommended both family and friends and none have ever been disappointed.

“After all these years... she is still my #1”

Dr. Diana Gomez has been my dentist for over 10 years and I won’t change her for anyone else. Every time I visit with my boys now 19 and 15, she always stop in to check on how they are doing otherwise. She is very caring and kind and never once has she judged myself or my boys for sometimes not taking care of our teeth as we should but instead Dr. Gomez always encourages especially my 15 year old... to do better for next time. I travel from Clermont to go pick up my boys in Poinciana for more than 1 hour...and then back home, but is ok. We don’t mind at all.

I was so nervous and stressed because of bad experiences with previous dentists, especially the drilling. Dr. Coen made me feel so welcome and calm from the first moment of the consult. The actual procedure was so positive, I felt nothing, she had such a light touch and was so sensitive to my nervousness, constantly stopping to check on me. She gave me breaks as needed. On April 13, 2018 I had a lot of dental work done. I had a tooth extracted, a tooth crowned and 2 teeth filled. Dr Coen is wonderful and I love that she is my dentist. Dr. Coen is so attentive, patient and soothing. She has a lot of patients at my job and we all love her dearly and we refuse to go to any other dentist. Overall the staff at the Southpark group are really good and so helpful. I recommend the dentists there if you are looking for special dentist for the health of your teeth.

My former dentist didn’t see the infection under my molar. Dr.Coen found it and sent me to a specialist. Because the tooth needed pulled, I returned to Dr. Coen. My experience was amazing. It was painless and quick. She understood my anxiety and was very helpful. Her office staff is professional and talented!

They are both truly outstanding - they take their time and perform their dentistry with a high degree of professionalism. Wendy is always very Thorough and very gentle when she is cleaning my teeth. Wendy explained to you what she was doing and she does it there are no jumping movements or surprises. South Park Dental is an extremely professional dental office. Everyone from the time you enter the door until you leave treat you with respect. The office is amazingly clean. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

“Relaxing”

They were very professional and helpful from before even entering. I emailed her assistant and Dr Coen answered questions before my visit so I knew what to expect.
I was put at ease and very relaxed the entire time. Went home in no pain and my teeth never bothered me after the procedure was done flawlessly. I had 3 mercury fillings removed and a cap and two filling out in.
I love the greenery and koi pond to look at while getting teeth done.

“I HATE THE DENTIST”

That said, I won't go anywhere else because I love Dr. Coen and Jim, who gently cleans my teeth. I am a big baby and would never go to the dentist if it were not for SouthPark. I travel from downtown and unless I move out of Orlando, I'll never leave!

“WONDERFUL!”

I've only had 2 dentists in my long life until I moved to Florida. It took a couple of bad experiences to find Southpark Dental Group, which we later found several of our friends go to as well.
Everyone is always so welcoming and cheerful. We've seen Dr. Cervanka before and today dear Dr. Coen - both are excellent. Michelle was the best hygienist ever! The office's Covid procedures exceed anything you'd expect or want. Once you've been to Southpark you'll have found your forever dental practice!

Dr. Coen answered our ER call Saturday night and made Roger feel less apprehensive with his situation. She was able to see him today and give him a temporary smile back. Roger is so appreciative to Dr Coen knowing she has his best interest and so very caring.

“Level of customer service is exceptional”

I have been a patient at South Park Dental for several years. All of the staff I have been in contact with are exceptional. Never had any issues at all! Granted, no one enjoys going to the dentist, but this office makes it less painful :)
I would highly recommend! The office is very clean, organized and employees and dentists are respectful of their patients/customers. They treat you like family!

“Always made to feel more like a friend than a client”

We have been coming to this office for twenty years! We moved away for a couple of years, but when we came back to the area, we had to try to find a new dentist on our new side of town. We couldn’t find anyone satisfactory. So, we are willing to drive an hour each way to get the dental care this office provides.

“Dr Coen is THE BEST!!!”

After my cleaning, she came to examine my teeth. She discovered a crown that needs to be redone that was done this past year. It has a small crack were bacteria could enter. She is redoing it free of charge! She’s very proactive! I do not have pain now but if not done could lead to much pain in the future. Thank you Dr Coen!
