Comment  - “ I have found my eye doctor ”

My appointment with Dr. Schup for my annual eye exam went very well. Dr. Schup allowed me plenty of time to respond during the exam and repeated a few choices that I had trouble with. After the exam he briefly reviewed the results and asked if I had any questions. Then his assistant helped me with some contact lenses and then returned me to the exam room where Dr. Schup checked my vision with the contacts and inspected the fit. Nobody has ever done that. Dr. Schup was very professional and everyone was friendly. Also, the fees were very competitive. Later I compared prices of contacts online and the price was the same for the Acuvue lenses I am wearing. Now, very important, (this is why I decided to write today) a few weeks after my exam, I put on a fresh pair (as it was time to toss the old ones) and one of the lenses was torn, right out of the package. I replaced it out of my supply, but now I was one lens short. I called Dr. Schup's office and explained what happened. They told me this sometimes happens and on these rare occasions they can give me a trial lens to replace the torn lens. So, great service, great prices, conveniently located at the mall. I will not ever go anywhere else.
