I have been wanting to get my nose reshaped since a teen. At 25, I decided to take the plunge. After I found out I had some sinus issues as well, I searched for a doctor who specializes with internal and external issues. In terms of appearance, what I wanted was a slight alternation. But, what was most important to me is that my new nose would be in harmony with my face and look natural. I feel that Dr. Pearlman was able to match those expectations completely!

The secondary rhinoplasty he masterfully executed not only corrected functionality, but Dr. Pearlman's aesthetic eye gave me the strong and natural-looking male nose I missed having after a botched job by an ENT in my 20s. I love my nose! Immediately after surgery when the cast was removed, my nose was upturned. I mean "up to the sky, ms. piggy' nose. For 8 weeks this was the case and to me, was not pretty. But, Nurse Ross was patient with my questions and alleviated my concerns. Sure enough, my nose gradually came down. By week 11 my nose looks normal and fantastic!
