This is a wonderful office. From the moment you walk in you feel the warmth of this staff. It is a small and comfortable family style practice that has the time to attend to your ever need.The staff has been the same since mt first visit years ago, which is very important to me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pechter's for over 16 years. His operatory is immaculate and he is extremely patient in explaining any procedure he is going to be doing. His assistant Therese is a calming person and very professional. Stacey his hygienist is the best at her job. Last but not least is Lauri, the receptionist who can multi task better than anyone.

Dr. Pechter was thoroughly professional in his approach, detailing my treatment plan and answering my questions with great patience. After surgery, he called me that evening to find out how I was feeling and if there had been any discomfort. I told him: "NONE!" I was truly relieved to find that the pain I had anticipated never happened. His staff is wonderful as well.

Extremely thorough, explains everything clearly and with sketches if necessary, takes the time to listen. I have had an extraction, bone graft and an implant and each procedure was painless and with very little discomfort. I came to find out later that his office is one of very few that uses a sterile protocol for the implant. I could not expect a better experience and outcome from another dental surgeon. Kudos to the staff also; they help to make the experience very good with their caring and attention.
