“one of a kind practice”

I really enjoy going to this practice. I am always seen in a timely matter. If my appointment is a little behind they always reassure me that they will be with me as soon as they can. I was having some insurance problems and the girls at the front desk in Decatur did every thing they could to fix the problem, so that I could be seen. I really appreciate the extra time that they take out to satisfy myself and many others. I am so grateful for this place.

Everything that they say I follow the instructions. I trust them with all of my needs. Dr. Mathew, I remember the day when I had an injection and I was in a little pain and Dr. Mathew did everything he could to help me and I felt great when I left that practice. When I have my follow ups I go to the Lilburn location and the receptionist Anna is always so helpful. I lost my tablet one day and Anna knew what it meant to me and she did everyhting she could to find it. I love this place & the staff.

My husband's appt. was a great step in the right direction. It's the beginning of getting relief of his months of severe pain for 24 hrs a day. I was at Dr Mathew office on Wednesday and the front desk was awesome the wait time was less then ten minutes. I felt very welcomed. The office was very clean and cozy. The front staff was so friendly.
Dr Mathew is very cordial and makes me feel like a person, not just a patient. I would not change offices at this point because, you cant find this type of service everywhere. Summit Spine and Joint Center is the Best.
