I've seen Lisa a couple of times. She is great at explaining how things work and why she is making the recommendations she is making and why she is suggesting any changes in your current management. Very pleasant and takes time to listen to my concerns.

“Lisa is an angel”

I am so grateful to Lisa for her help in balancing my hormones. I feel horrible - Lisa was able to review my blood work and recommend a balance of supplements and bioidentical hormones that I believe will allow me to sleep better, focus on my work with greater clarity, have more energy, and feel more energetic. Lisa is an expert in her field -- she demonstrates care and diligence in performing her work. “Your best NO-NONSENSE gal pal!”

Lisa is just crazy good at her job-- it's so wonderful to work with someone who'll cut to the chase, give you clear instruction, and HAVE YOUR BACK. She really makes you feel that she understands the daily stressors you're trying to handle, and she does it all with a great big smile. I've worked with three of the NP's here and they are all experts in their specialties. I trust them completely to listen to my issues and work with me. It is light years better than the typical doctor's office visit. I have recommended Lisa, Michelle, and Amy to my friends. This is how patient care should always be.

“True caring and incredible medical expertise”

Seeing Dr Ruan is the biggest and final step in trying to heal my autoimmune disease for 13 years. He has the knowledge, wisdom and resources to get to the root cause of my illness, help me detoxify and find true health again. Anyone who can be Dr Ruan's patient is truly blessed.

I thoroughly enjoy meeting with NP Michelle Rodriguez. Nurse Rodriguez is highly organised for our meetings. Her knowledge is so inspiring. Michelle took the time to understand my concerns, address my specific questions, and she listened. I didn't feel like I got put on some cookie cutter plan (which lets be honest even happens in Naturopath environments), and she wasn't afraid to refer me to another NP because my specific issues were out of her speciality.

Lisa Wilkerson listens well to what my needs are and takes the time to help me make the right decisions. She does not rush through our appointments and if i don't understand something she explains it a different way. Lisa works really well with my daughter that has special needs. “Lisa makes me feel like a person, not a number.”

Lisa is incredibly warm and easy to talk to. She is fast-paced, but never rushes the patient. She goes through all results, symptoms, changes, etc. and asks multiple times if I understand, if I have questions, if I have anything to add. It feels like she is genuinely interested in helping me not only get better, but to fully understand what's going on in my body and what will make it better in a holistic personalized way. I've encountered a lot of doctors, PAs and RNs. She is definitely a step above anyone I've encountered at other places in the past!

“Each of us hold the power to heal ourselves”

Working with Dr. Ruan has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I love working with someone who doesn't make me sit in the waiting room for 2 hours to only rush me out of his office in 15 minutes. Dr. Ruan and his team discuss your symptoms briefly... take the necessary steps to diagnose... and then work with you to construct a healing blueprint. Empowered and hopeful are two words that would best describe how I feel every time I leave his office.
