There are no words to describe how grateful I am to the Doc and his staff for their kindness, expertise, and speed. I have been experiencing debilitating cyclic pain since late last summer, but local doctors couldn't find a clear cause and just wanted to start removing bits - major surgery with hormonal repercussions - and I fortunately found this practice on Google and became convinced they knew exactly what I was dealing with.

COVID made it difficult to time an ultrasound locally for confirmation, but as soon as I had it, I reached out to the Center in February. Less than a month later, I flew up and they performed the procedure to rectify the issue - in a way that WON'T have me on hormone replacements before I'm even 40, or dealing with a difficult recovery. I was back to work several days later, and am blessedly pain free.

The office is clean and a very comfortable setting. Going to the doctor can be a stressful experience, but the staff and Dr. Wortman make you feel at ease and address any concerns you have. They also are super flexible when it comes to scheduling and can typically book you for the next week!

After a failed novasure ablation and several iron infusions, I was told my only option was a hysterectomy. That was.. until I met Dr. Wortman. He took the time to explain all of my options and he explained how I would benefit from ultrasound-guided reoperative hysteroscopic surgery. My husband and I drove from LI, NY to Rochester for the procedure. Dr. Wortman and his team of amazing professionals took the best care of me. From the front desk to the surgical suite, I knew I was in great hands! The office and exam rooms are immaculate. The staff here take pride in the care they provide. As a healthcare professional myself, I am confident I made the right choice by entrusting my care with Dr. Wortman and his team. I am several weeks post procedure and I feel great! I would drive 6 hours to see Dr. Wortman again if I ever had to.
