“Dr. Baylor was wonderful from my initial appointment to my post surgery follow up.”

Dr. Baylor is very professional while still being kind and caring. He provided me with three options including surgery to fix my deviated septum; I chose surgery. He answered all of my questions and made sure I didn’t have any other concerns leading up to my procedure. He visited me before surgery to check in and reassure me that things would be just fine. Dr. Baylor was able to squeeze me for an earlier appointment to remove my splints as they were causing me pain. I had absolutely no issues with my surgery or anything following and I would recommend Dr. Baylor and his team for anyone who needs an Ear Nose and Throat specialist or surgeon.

“Dr. Patni is always willing to listen to my questions and my follow up questions.”

My child beginning at age 5 became a patient of Dr. Patni. We’ve been down the path, that really no parent wants to walk. Our son was diagnosed with a tumor in his inner ear. A year after removal, it came back. Dr. Patni has walked this path with us through all sorts of twists and unexpected turns. He has listened and respected my view point, even when I may not agree. He truly is open to hearing what you have to say, and will answer endless questions. He is wonderful with my son, so much so, that literally no other physician is allowed to look into my child’s ears. Dr. Patni is gentle, soft spoken and kind. It shines through with his bedside manor.

I experienced a reaction to the antibiotics prescribed. Severe rash and itching. It was notes on my charts s that I was allergic to penicillin and this antibiotic was in that family of drugs. Otherwise everything went great and was very satisfied with my care.

“Dr Lehman saved my life from my cancer”

Dr Lehman saved my life from cancer he discovered it knew what needed to be done and sent me to two excellent cancer doctors for treatment.I am now cancer free after five years. Still see him for a yearly checkup and will continue to do so to the day I die. He saw to it that I was checked out before and after treatment that I was treated correctly. The details would take more to explain than I have for this review. But if you ever need a ENT this is the Doctor you should see. I trust him with my life enough said

“Compassionate and professional doctor”

The office was welcoming from the moment I walked in. It was COVID safe, (masks, social distancing, and clean). The techs were understanding and professional. The questions were asked and they really listened. When the doctor walked in, he also asked questions and listened to me. The diagnosis was correct the first time and treatment options were discussed. The decision was left to me, I was not pressured to go one way or the other.
The follow up was just as professional and understanding. We had to move on to another treatment. Everything was explained clearly to me, and every step of the treatment was just as explained.
I am doing better, but am going to go back next month for another follow-up to make sure all is well.
I highly recommend Dr Baylor.

“It's been 3 yr since I saw him. Same problem, no real end to problm”

No real solution as to how to end my problem. Either Allergies
or Sinus problem. Recommended flushing sinus's which I do
and using Blackcurrant gummy throat drops.

I'd been seen by another doctor at the practice, less than 2 weeks prior. My hear aid provider recognized the heavy wax build-up in my ears. Since I'd been there specifically for my ears/eustacian (sp?) problems, at the recommendation of my Primary Care doctor, I was disappointed at the time that doctor didn't clean my ears. THAT definitely contributed primarily to my difficulty in hearing. Thank you again, Dr. Baylor!

Dr Lehman is knowledgeable and direct and friendly. During my first two appointments with him, he also made it clear how much he CARES about ME. Given that I will have to live with my condition for the rest of my life, that’s particularly important. Emily Dunn is just as knowledgeable, direct, and friendly as Dr Lehman.
